Unlike HP Series crushers, the GP100 utilizes a constant stroke / variable speed principle, demanding a liner profile that maintains a tight, consistent nip angle and parallel zone throughout the entire wear life to prevent “floating” feed and ensure high reduction ratios (up to 6:1) with superior cubicity.

Cast from premium high-manganese steel (Mn18Cr2 standard; Mn22Cr2/TiC ceramic-reinforced optional for abrasive stone), the GP100 Bowl Liner features an optimized cross-section with a reinforced feed opening lip to withstand high-impact slab puncture. The precision-machined upper flange seating surface and locking mechanism interface (compatible with both legacy GP100 bolted/wedge locking and newer GP100S hydraulic clamp ring designs) are held to strict OEM tolerances. This guarantees a 360° seal against the adjustment ring, preventing the fines migration (“wash-out”) that rapidly destroys adjustment ring threads and the crusher frame seating surface—a critical cost saver on the GP platform. The cavity profiles (C, M, F, EF) are CNC-verified to synchronize perfectly with the GP100 Mantle, preserving the steep head angle and long parallel zone that define GP crushing efficiency.
